Check-in / Check-out
Rooms and hotel services are available from 3 pm on arrival day and rooms must be vacated by 11 am on departure day. In case of delayed arrival or premature departure, 80 % of the room rate will be charged.
Bookings
Your booking is considered valid the moment your deposit has been received. Deposits may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Package deals must be booked in advance.
Mode of payment
We accept payments in cash, with EC card or Visa card.
Cancellations
Cancellation costs may apply for delayed arrivals or premature departures. This is due to EU regulations. In order to avoid trouble, we strongly recommend that you take out
travel cancellation insurance.
The following cancellation charges apply:
- for cancellations made at least 30 days before the booked stay: 0%
- for cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the booked stay: 30%
- for cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the booked stay: 50%
- for cancellations made 6 days or less before the booked stay, or in case of non-arrival: 80% of the total rate
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. A surcharge of € 14 per day applies (pet food not included).
