My culinary experience has roots in the starred environments of gastronomy. I have had the honor of collaborating with renowned names such as Trussardi alla Scala, Perbellini in Verona and Villa Serbelloni, as well as Vecchia Malcesine, to name just a few. My professional path has led me to consolidate my skills in various locations, ranging from the picturesque Lake Garda to renowned places such as Campiglio and Merano and a couple of years ago I arrived here at the Alpin Garden.
My approach to the kitchen is characterized by a modern and creative style. I like to experiment with combinations, fusing elements of the Italian culinary tradition with the most innovative and contemporary trends. For me, cooking is a continuous journey in search of surprising flavors and combinations, always looking for new inspirations and challenges.
